[W126 Coupe] off topic 1938 550mk

A couple of nights ago there was a show on the Discovery Channel about WWII
cars.  One of the cars was a 1938 MBZ 550MK (MK550?).  This car was about
the most gorgeous car I have ever seen with what appeared to be a mother of
pearl dashboard.  Has anybody heard of this car?  A Google search showed
nothing.  Also shown was a 770 series that was a large luxury vehicle
(usually chauffer driven).  There were only about 300 made and many of them
went to ruin, scavenged for parts and just left by the side of the road as
the war wore down.
