[W126 Coupe] Aluminum bonding

My wheel spacers are just loose enough on the hub that I get some vibration
in the car from the wheel not centering. The use of a little .010" thick
aluminum makes it all well but...the shim material needs to be attached to
the spacer. JB Weld does not attach it particularly well.

 

Any suggestions on attaching aluminum shim material to an aluminum spacer
without welding it? Any glues that would work?
