Hi Matt,

I think that set-up will be absolutely fine without any arch rolling 
required.

Recall, the AMG's for the w126 models were 8J with ET 11 - and they worked 
perfectly on AMG lowered suspension.

Since your wheels are 7.5J, et10 should be absolutely fine. The 25mm spacer 
will be perfect as well, since they bolt onto the hub and then the wheels 
bolt into the spacer.

If by any chance you do get rubbing on hard cornering, then ideal to run 255 
or 265 tyres on the rears.
