[W126 Coupe] Yet another wheel/track width question

I have a set of 17x7.5 replica Monoblocks on my SEL. The ET is 35. In the
rear there is currently 30mm from the top edge of the rear tire to the
rolled edge of the guard.

My car does not have rolled guards at all except for the small factory
section at the top edge of the guard.

I would like to space the rear wheels further out to the edge. Unfortunately
these replica rims have a long wheel bolt design, the shaft is 65mm which
means it's nearly impossible to get a longer wheel length so spacers like 15
or 20mm can't be used.

I can go to the 25mm bolt on spacer though. With 30mm free clearance can I
assume that I would be safe with a 25mm track increase per side, I guess I
might have to completely roll the guards though to have 5mm free clearance
all the way around.

Is 5mm enough though? During cornering will the wheel move in or out at all
and cause rubbing? I have heard of people running ET10 which is essentially
what I have.

The rear tyre is a 275.

Thanks in advance SEC dudes.

Cheers
Matt.
