Jim,

Yes PayPal services are available for the Euro and if you can convince the 
seller in one of the 15 Euro countires to open an account with PayPal, 
payments are a breeze.

Otherwise you're stuck with buying an expensive international money order 
from your bank and FedEx'ing it to the seller.
