Hi Dick,

Thank you very much for the info.  I don't have a passenger airbag (or a
driver's airbag, as the PO replaced the steering wheel with a smaller
"Nardi" leather wrapped wheel) so it should be a simple weekend job.

I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada.  My car came from Japan to Canada, but I
believe it must have been imported into Japan as the cruise control stick is
in German as are all of the fuel filler, inside trunk and under hood
stickers.  Although the far right "idiot" light says "EXH TEMP" and is
connected to a sensor in front of the centre muffler. The light flashes
occasionally but I don't know what it's telling me. The car also has a small
ground effects kit all round the vehicle and is running on SL500 16" rims.
