 Got a quick wheel fitment question...
Will these work on my 560SEC without spacers or tire rubbing problems? Or
if
spacers are needed, what sizes and where to purchase?
17x7.5 ET37 with 225/45/17 front
17x8.5 ET34 with 245/40/17 rear

  I believe not, Jay.
 The offset is too great. Tires will rub on the inside.
 With factory 23mm offset I believe you will be OK.
  Don't take my word for it. Others should chime in here.
  Dick Spellman has an even more aggressive wheel / tire fit than what you
have.
  I have heard some listers here having 275/35/18 on the rear with 10"
wheels and an offset of less than 25mm.
  It looks like the "rule of thumb" max tire width per wheel width is
approx. 30mm tire width per inch of wheel width. But pretty flexible.
