I've always gotten a lot of help from many others on this list (and the web
in general).  Several have put together detailed articles available to us
whenever we need then, Dan, Dick, Ajun, Talbir, Steve to name a very few..
Oh.. and of course Satish....   My big thanks to all.....

It would be good idea to put together a master index to all these great
articles.  I'd be happy to put these links on a single page, that could be
linked on Mbcoupes.com.
So if anyone out there has helpful articles posted on your personal web
sites, send me a link to those pages and I'll compile those links on a
single page.
