Replace the fuel cap when you do the EHA.  This is another common problem.  The shop that just completed your chain work should be able to provide full diagnostics on your start issue where they may have not fully tested the electrics and fuel when done.  I did have a similar compliant that just sort of popped up and it turned out to be the coil wire which had been moved during routine service and returned to it's clip when done.  This disturbance of the wire caused it to form an open which resulted in arcing to ground diminishing the spark delivered to the distributor cap.  Check the seating of all your wires on the plugs and on the cap and coil.  Look for arcing at night.  Return to your shop for further review.  No finger pointing but, just ask they check things over where you just had this major work done.
