Richard,

I wasn't saying anything that was conflicting with what you were saying. I 
was only saying that by being able to easily prove that you are a "real" 
photographer can, in the long run, belay many obstacles.

I completely agree with what you said.

I believe: Know the law, know your rights, and don't make a scene. Be 
polite and dignified. Be able to prove quickly who you are and what you are 
doing.

Plan ahead.
