Dear All,

Several messages to the list have been bounced recently - the reason 
given is "message contains suspicious header".

The usual reason for this is that the message includes HTML, which is 
not allowed on the list.

Please send all messages in plain text only. There should be an 
option in your EMail client that you can set to make it so.

Some EMail clients have the HTML option switched on by default so 
please check that you are sending plain text only if you want your 
message to appear here!
