and like 90% of web based businesses (check out your TOS for your ISP - hope
you don't put images on your website - your ISP probably owns them now...)
they have excessively wide ranging and draconian terms of service, geared in
every way to benefit themselves. Wouldn't surprise me if such a clause is
illegal in various jurisdictions anyway.

Personally, I doesn't faze me too much.
