Anyone wanting to look into Flourescent have a look through the
saltwater reef hobby & the planted freshewater fish hobby - we are a
group of people deeply concerned about delivering lots of watts in the
right parts of the spectrum. You can obtain specialised bulbs to get
what you want - that may not provide the odd colours associated with the
cheap bulbs used in most work settings.

Yes I can do my own electrical.  Actually I did all the electrical work
for a=20
home addition we put on a few years back.  It was inspected of course.
So I=20
can manage with electrical.  I think I will look into some flourecent=20
lighting.  I know that you can color balance it. I'll have to see how
hard=20
it'll be. I imagine it will be a bit heavy but I'll figure something
out.  =20
