[LargeFormat] Processing 4X5 recommandations

I tried the tray processing, the custom pro lab, the BTZS tubes.... all
failed for 1 reason or another.....

It has been proven that temp and agitation inconsistencies are one of the
big problems with TMax100 film in TMaxRS developer... the JOBO, or BTZS,
perform the same job, one randomly, the other totally repeatable... You
may find trays cheap, but after your first GREAT neg gets ruined for lack of
consistent agitation, you might want to think it all through again... or use
another film and developer combo.....

Every time you click the shutter of a 4x5 camera, you are spending
$1.00-1.50 on film, plus developer, plus time....since labs charge $1.50 to
develop a neg, figure that is close to what you will spend..... $2.50 to $3
every time you go click.... it only takes 40 exposures to equal the cost of
the JOBO hand cranked...combo...

How much did that lens, body, tripod, film holders, and meter cost to shoot
4x5? Do you think another $100 will make a difference?

Eat out less often, buy the JOBO.

YMMV.
