[LargeFormat] Out of Office response

Sorry Clive,

I was on vacation and set my "out of office responder" without even
thinking about the large format list.  My relatives from Barrow-in-Furness,
Cumbria  were visiting.  I was acting as tour guide of Northern California,
but managed to take quite a few medium format photos in the process. I
thought they might get bored if I tried to use a 4x5. I'll be taking
another vacation in September, going to the North of England and Scotland,
I'll try to remember to suspend myself from the list then.
