[LargeFormat] Polaroid in winter

Polaroid indicates a change in ISO with a change in temp. Is that temp when
you shoot or when you develop?

Also, how serious are they about not freezing the film?

(Out shooting frozen/partially frozen waterfalls today - they look pretty,
but with a slow speed I think I'm attempting to distinguish zone VII.1 from
VII.3)
