[LargeFormat] Rapax shutter CLA

At the point where most new lenses were getting a hard coating, and
recoating old lenses was all the rage, I remember reading about Ansel
commenting to Weston? that the lower contrast old lenses allowed him to
forgo preflashing the film that he had to do with the newer lenses.

Later on he may have changed his mind.
