[flow-tools] Flow-tools RPM Distribution Page

hello flow-tools users, 

i have just setup a flow-tools RPM distribution page.

i will try to keep updated with the flow-tools patches. the current
version if 0.63-3. this release contains the patches for the
recent ip-port issue and the tagging issue.
