[flow-tools] No reports filtering interface indexes

Are you sure there is traffic on the output interfaces listed?

Try running the data through flow-stat -f18 (output interface) or
-f22 (input/output interface) and see what shows up.  The equivalent
flow-report formats are 'output-interface' and 'input/output-interface.'
