[flow-tools] Filter option for flow-capture and flow-receive

I would like to use filterprimitive in order to save Disk Space on the
collectors.

is it possible to create a filter which filters based ipadd/mask.

Is it somehing new in flow-capture and flow-receive to have the -f flag=
.

Could you please send the filter syntax ?
