[flow-tools] migration from flow-tools-0.57 to flow-tools-0.62

Thanks for the update.  flow-nfilter looks to be stable, flow-report has
a lot of code changes in 0.63.  It will probably be another few months
before the flow-report code settles down.

I think what you want is the ability to do flow-report <dataset> instead
of flow-cat <dataset> | flow-report?  It's been on the todo list for
a while.  What I want to do is move the flow-cat code into ftlib and
then all the flow-* programs can use it.  You could potentially then
also do

stat-definition def1
  input <dataset>
  report foo
