[flow-tools] migration from flow-tools-0.57 to flow-tools-0.62

i have just migrated a production system from flow-tools-0.57 flow-stat system to 
flow-tools-0.62 flow-report system. the only issue was the re-writing of the tag
file and writing the filter and report files. apart from that and a few patches, i
am finally done.

although, i have one feature i would have liked from flow-report. what is we can specify
the input? stdin, a file or a directory. now that would be cool. right now i still
have a perl script that writes the combination of flow-cat and flow-report. if i could
specify in the report file now that would be great!
