Do give Greger a listen. He has refined his presentation, added new aspects
and addressed the power of Big Food to influence legislation and
regulation. At least listen to his reports on the scientific research. The
American Meat machines, all 5 of them, and factory kitchens they serve
manufacture school lunches, and others, so minimum wage hands can divvy it
up in plates and hand them out to the children every school day from 11:30
to 12:30. I was there, I did that..

When Michele Obama decided to make advances for higher quality school lunch
the industry came down on her like a heat seeking missile. She ended up
being reduced to instituting school gardens. This resulted in giving the
already overworked teachers another task without meaning or funding. None
of the produce from these gardens ever ended up in the school lunch hall. I
know, I saw it as a grandmother to an elementary school child in Austin.
