Not hicks. They are usually the owners of large acreage ranches. The one
down the road is 6,000 acres. I wouldn't say they are hicks. One is an
architectural engineer and another is the chief of detectives SAPD. Another
is a Houston Oil man and his brother is a retired Marine fighter pilot.
