Say whaaaa?!?!? Clinton did not use anything to WIN RE-ELECTION. She wasn't
elected nor re-elected.
The Mueller report was hogtied from the beginning, being limited to a
narrow inquiry of Russian election meddling. If it seems like a Nothing
Burger it is because that's what it is. What the jury, we the public, knew
from what Trump twittered was even more indictable than what Mueller
investigation ferreted out. Guilty next case.
Yet the often repeated lie of "No collusion" "Not Guilty" was repeated so
much as to have become the virtual truth.
