I, too, thank Mike for adding me to the list—just a bit hurt to have no 
welcomes—as, apparently, I am not remembered. I did come on the "scene" 
about 1963 and did know Jaxon, Dave, Gilbert, Susan T., Bob Brown, 
Wally, John Clay, Terry, Clark, the other Susan, Margo and dozens more, 
including Janis Joplin, (everybody at the ghetto), rather well. Oh 
well, its good to join you all just the same.
Now—I have a problem. A natural born Texan, I can still "boot and hat" 
with the best, but due to health problems, I can no longer carry the 
50lb feed bags, hang gates, string fence, or doctor hooves—especially 
my 1300lb gelding who has to lean from bone spurs on his old knees. 
Looks like I have to leave for a country with health care, so I'm 
looking for a kind home for 2 old horses to finish out their lives with 
a guarantee that they'll never face the hot bolt of the slaughter 
house. Otherwise for peace of mind, they'll be put down. Should you 
know of such a trustworthy place, I'd appreciate a reply. There are 4 
potbellied pigs as well. The chickens, I will turn loose.
