Rag reunion

there was something in this week's Austin
Chronicle about Alice Embree and others
organizing some events in the Fall to 
celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Rag.

the Raggers were mostly SDSers like Alice,
Jeff, Thorne Dryer, etc. This was not my political
viewpoint but I sorta grouped up on them
to a certain degree. I even wrote a 2 piece
article on buying French wine in Austin,
or more specifically at Dan's on Lavaca 
which in those days had fantastically low
prices. And it got published in the Rag. They 
did layout the old fashioned way with scotch
tape.
