I liked the green beans, macaroni and cheese, chicken fried steak,
waldorf salad....actually, I liked going to Luby's - thought it was
truly eating out.

apros of nothing, I miss eating Luby's mushy overcooked yellow squash.
I am 
convinced in times of old, they actually took fresh vegetables and meats
and 
cooked them in their very own kitchens.  (just like our moms did)
