I think my disinclination for change results from years of planning, 
installing and supporting computer systems for end users.  Anytime you need 
coordinated effort by end users based on emailed instructions, you're gonna 
get months of responding to complaints such as "I don't know what went 
wrong, but this doesn't work any more."  Yeah, it's easy for the software 
developers to sit around and say, "piece of cake" but the inevitable 
randomness of response from users will mess up the best laid plans.

So how many ghetto listers can go to the ghetto web site by clicking one of 
your "Favorites"?
How many of y'all don't have a clue how to get to the web site if we don't 
give you a link in an email message?
How many of you never bothered to look at it and don't care how you get to 
it because you ain't interested?
