Dear Mr. Wonderful,
What's with all the Jesus-freaks up in this god-damned country?
Sincerely,
Sherri Thaivo

Dear Totally Tubular,
At least they're better than those Jedi assholes.
Seriously, y'know, with Christophiliacs there's a chance they'll get
caught in the crossfire at an abortion clinic or something. Jedi don't
even come outside long enough to get winded and have a heart attack.
Smug bastards. Jedi thrive in dank cellars with the curtains drawn,
pale skin glistening like grubs in the false blue moon of a plasma
screen barely wider than their asses. Muttering muddled mantras in
awkward puppet syntax, they *endure*. They continue. And know not
Anger. Nor Hatred.
Nor Love.
Unless you count "training with the probe droid."
Anyway. Point is. Don't worry that America seems to be up to its
crosspits in hardcore Jesus-thumpers these days. This is all part of
the ebb and flow on the rocky shores of Time, the intricate braided
cycle of history. The Universe itself moves to restore Balance, to
correct any strong force with its opposite. I believe this surge in
grandstanding "Christianity" means that the 11:30 flight from Istanbul
arriving at LAX tonight should have Mr. Dark, Mr. Malice, *and* their
baggage on board.

"But -- pardon me if I seem inquisitive -- are you not all rather --
ahem!
rather unusual?" asked the Woggle-Bug, looking from one to another
with unconcealed interest.
"Not more so than yourself," answered the Scarecrow. "Everything in
life is unusual until you get accustomed to it."
"What rare philosophy!" exclaimed the Woggle-Bug, admiringly.
"Yes; my brains are working well today," admitted the Scarecrow,
an accent of pride in his voice.
