Dear Wonderful,
Why does fog have such well-defined edges to it?
-Mr. Leghorn
______________
Dear John Carpenter,
Mad Scientist regulations indicate that Creepy Fog must be kept
separate from Common Fog, and that neither can be used in a Moonlit Zone
without also applying for an Ominous License. Spectacular Fog can never
under any circumstances be found in a meadow. Windswept, or Mexican
Ragged Fog, obviously requires its own special conditions.
Further Federal Twilight Zoning laws also restrict fog placement. If
you see any suspicious activity, don't hesitate to file a Misting
Persons report.
