Mr. Wonderful,

	Who is the greater hero??

	Felix the Cat
	or
	Mighty Mouse??

_______________
Dear Under Dog,

Felix the Cat has always felt himself to be in the shadow of Streaky
the Supercat (Secretary General of the Legion of Super-Pets). Mighty
Mouse has always felt himself to be in the shadow of a steel bar waiting
to snap down on him and break his mighty neck. Mister Mouse has some
*issues*, most of which stem from his mighty mainlining of
heroin-flavored Gouda. And vice-versa.

Now, Mighty Mouse was the first ever Saturday morning cartoon, but
Felix was the first character shown on television.... hang on. These
are heroes? I'd disqualify them both on humanitarian grounds. Anyway.

I have to give the prize to Felix, not only due to his longevity, but
also more due to the fact that Miss Yakamoto has some ankle-high Felix
socks that make me feel like the world is young again.

Oh, wait! Wait. It all depends. I forgot to ask: Are you talking
about hero as in "do-gooder," or hero as in "sandwich"? Because Mister
Wonderful would *always* rather eat pussy.

That was an easy joke, wasn't it? We'll be back next week, folks! Tip
safe and
don't forget to drive your waiters.

Mister Wonderful Recommends: "THUG LIFE" tattoos for the middle-aged.
Nikki Giovanni is a poet and woman and hooman being what rocks the
stuffing out of the mike, yo. Even if Al Franken did beat her for the
Grammy. Dude, she has a *bat* named after her.

	"A long, long time ago
	And I can still remember
How that music used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those people dance and
Maybe they'd be happy for a while.
	But February made me shiver..."

can stop jolting the corpse with electricity.)
