Dearest Readers,
GREETINGS FROM PICTURE-PLUPERFECT POTRZEBIE!
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/smile.jpg
I'll give you television, I'll give you eyes of blue, I'll give you any
number of dubious promises... Mister Wonderful here, engaging in a bit
more freelance plugging for the Potrzebian Tourism Board. Potrzebie!
That humdinging chain of islands that rings Mother Earth like a
patchouli rosary...
Exciting Amusement Parks!

Friendly Neighbors!

Meet new people at one of our finely appointed state gymnasiums!

In more personal news... Due to recent cash-flow concerns and the
rising cost of fresh fruit and body bags for my companions, I've been
hitting the streets for work.

Not like that, you ninnies. My legs aren't *that* nice. I'm looking
for legitimate work, in the Print District, writing for one of the
thousands of Potrzebian periodicals produced on the premises. These are
the stylized steps of the Finger Building, home to THE POTRZEBIE PICAYUNE.

Unfortunately, some local scribe started sucking up to the editor
before I got there.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/boss1.jpg
"And don't let the door hit you in the chimp on the way out!"
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/boss2.jpg
So it's back to the Motel Infinity. Registering at a new place is
always a thrill.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/hotel1.jpg
Still, it's nice to have a place where you can get comfy, take off all
your cares.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/hang.jpg
Professionals like myself always try to set up an organized work-space.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/desk1.jpg
Luckily, this place has a ready-made shrine to Tanuki, the
large-testicled racoon-dog of Japanese folklore. In Potrzebie, all the
tricksters are kings.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/desk2.jpg
With no writing work coming through, my companions and I returned to
our faithful stand-by: Adventuring! Unfortunately, it looks like I
picked the wrong day to disturb the Temple of the Spider Goddess, Nanancie.
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/whoops2.jpg
It was Mister Dark who found the treasure we'd been seeking, a
pentangle containing rare gems and mystical energy. Apparently it was
also he who alerted the guards to my presence, "just to see you run, Wondertub."
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/phew3.jpg
Mister Malice came upon a Ring of Power which allowed him to become
invisible, but he elected not to help me out of the Sacrificial Cage
because "it's a laugh riot what these people do with boiling vitriol.
You'll scream like a flayed baby."
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/whoops3.jpg
But, just in the nick of time... Rescued!
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/phew1.jpg
Thanks to the Power of Reason!
http://www.wonderfullabs.com/_uimages/phew2.jpg
Well, enough postcards for one night. I do hope that you are all well,
getting plenty of rest, and loving every inch of yourselves the way I
do. Keep watching the skies!

Yours with the purchase of any drink,
MW

Mister Wonderful Recommends: What looks to be the finest chunk of
zombie celluloid since "Night Of The Living Dead": Danny Boyle's "28
Days Later." Hooo momma. She look like a sad, scary, everybody gone
die type feature. Watch. Come tremble with me. The chills will keep
you cool this summer.

When you give the Goo Goo Muck, you get the gander
"This is a strange place, an extraordinary
place, and interesting. There is nothing
resembling it at home. The people are all
insane, the other animals are all insane, the
earth is insane, Nature itself is insane."
- Mark Twain,
"Letters From The Earth"
