Yes, they cleared the codes after harness replacement. I don't know which codes were thrown this time around. What I didn't mention before was the car wouldn't start. The tech's determined over pressure in the fuel rail, cause undetermined. As the "Check Engine" lite is burning again, I'll have to get the car looked at again. 

After the harness was replaced, my sensitive throttle problem went away. During hot weather, the cruise control sometimes wouldn't engage. I'll be interested to see if this problem crops up again next Summer. The car runs fine now.
