You might what to replace all the fuses so that no other symptoms arise.....

Amazing, thanks so much for your help. 
 
I checked all the fuses with an ohm meter, removed number 5, it was and checked it, was good, but maybe 20 years of sitting it got a touch out of place. 
 
All works well.

Any thoughts as to what may be the culprit....
 
relay 2018210047 buzzes unless the turn signal is on.
 
No brake lights, no tach, no fuel, water temp, oil pressure dash display.
