[W124] 90 300CE turning but not starting

What's the best way to troubleshoot the engine turning over but not starting?  The cap and rotor are new and it ran a couple of weeks ago.  I suspect it's either the fuel pump relay part of the MAS (engine aggregate controller) or OVP.   Anyone have the list of compatible part numbers?  I purchased an OVP 000 540 67 45 and there are two more pins than the one in my car: 201 540 32 45
