[W124] (no subject)

Hi ,
I have owned a 190E for many years but now wish to purchase a W124 of 
between 1990- 1995.
I have read that the six cylinder is the one to go for would you agree.
I don`t know which engine size to go for , can anyone advise in this 
respect.
I would appreciate any advise and information that you can give.
