It's not always expensive if you find someone hobbymakers, and not those professionals. Search for "polyethurane bush" and you might find someone eastern europe. Or you probably can make those themselves, just order som cubes and cylinders with bushinges, some metal inserts. Then drill and cut to your size. It's hard to find bushings to Merc, but I've heard that a brand called K-mac makes them. If anyone know about a online shop that sells them, please call out. I'm in need of new bushings on my 300CE. Anyway, I've finally scrimped and saved enough to get its replacement, but I'm also very tempted to look for an AMG E36. I think I can afford it, they're great value right now! My E320 seemed to have a bullet proof engine, can the same be said for the E36? Does anyone have experience of the two? Is the E36 gonna cost much more to service & run? Is it dynamically much better/different? Any other useful tips / experiences / web links? I can't wait to go shopping, hope to be reporting on a purchase soon...
