You might try a less name-specific search....try "mercedes luggage rack/roof rack/ski rack"  and see what happens.

If you put mercedes you get loads that are designed to fit the roofbars 
on recent models

My car has 4 little metal things along the metal rails on the roof that 
open and inside is
what looks like a threaded hole where the roofrack screws in I would 
imagine
