[W124] Oil change time

Thanks for the replies. I always used Mann oil filters with my Volvo's in the past. Nice to know they are available for my 320 coupe. 

I'm rather partial to synthetic oils myself. How often does M-B recommend oil be changed? My E-Class Owners Bible says 7500 miles. It's interesting that most commercial lube shops like Oil Can Henry's suggest every 3,000 miles. I think you're draining good oil at this point.
