Take a look. Aren't they in a similarly accessible place on the W126 coupes,
under the hood just in front of the driver?
The electrical part of each fuse is clearly visible. If it's silver or grey,
it's aluminum.

Even if they're copper, it's probably time to replace them all anyway. This
fuse style leaves the metal exposed, whichever metal is used.
