My 1990 CE  with 47K org miles is starting to breed some  gremlins. The 
cruise control bucks when I first set it at 65 then I switch it  off and set again 
and it jumps from 65 to 80 mph. Some times it will  run for some time then 
start bucking down again.One night I put my  windshield washer on and when I 
pulled in my garage the headlight washer  motor was still running after I shut the 
windshield wiper off and  dumped all the washer fluid out. I sure would like 
some help with this  mess, what's wrong, what do I need to fix this???
