My memory may be hazy, but isn't it either the fuel pump relay or the
overvoltage protection relay that can cause this hunting idle?
You listed the overload relay. That's probably what I called the overvoltage
protection relay. I think it's a relay that includes a fuse at the top. Did
you or your mechanic actually replace that fuse? (80A?)
Good luck, and I also can't think of a better ride for the money.
