[W124] 230CE '92 ABS and other queries

Just to clarify, I'm pretty sure the M102 was only officially sold in the
US, and only in 2.3 liter form, in the 1984 - 1993 W201 Baby Benz 190E 2.3.
I don't think we even got it in the older W123 cars; we only got the 280E
with M110, and the 240D, 300D, and 300DT diesels.
I imagine a 230CE, especially if it has a 5 speed manual, would be a nice
tossabout.
