Sadly they are really worth (IMHO) more than they are
selling for.  I am guessing you could get close to
$11K maybe even $12K for that car in good shape.  I
have a 1993 300CE with about 90K miles on it and it
drives as good as when it was new.  It would probably
sell for 7500 to 8500 if I tried to sell it.  I still
think it has the value of a 20K dollar car so will
probably never sell it.  It drives better than the new
cars I rent when I travel for business.

KBB has your car listed at $7,000 trade-in and $9,000
private seller  but again I wouldn't sell mine for
that and yours is one year newer and 30,000 less
miles.

Good luck.  I'd keep it and drive around in a car that
drives like a dream and will outlast most of what is
on the road currently.
