Buon giorno, Marco. If the switches above the AC buttons and also the  
window switches in the console are also always off, it may be a  
little red fuse on the back side of the instrument cluster.

If not, it might be a bad solder in the AC push button unit itself,  
becasue if I remember correctly, the AC unit has individual bulbs for  
each button (and so it would be highly unlikely that they all would  
burn out, of course).
