Had the Harness in question replaced about 30k ago.
It was explained that some erstwhile engineers trying to justify their
salary took it upoon themselves to change the origin of the insulation to a
diferennent substance, not realizing that it dried our , frayed and could
catch fire!! Ah Hem!
My babby of course is a prime example of good care. '93 300CE 272,000

Hmm. They used the M104 in the 300CE, at least in the US, starting in 1990
model year, with an upgrade to the Bosch fuel injection system starting in
91.
I wonder just when they started using the evil wiring in US 300CE's.
