[Sisterhood] Paid up membership dinner-November 17, 2008

Hi All,
 
Our board is looking for someone who can chair or co-chair our annual Paid-UP dinner on November 17, 2008.
 
For me, for the many years I served on this paid-up committee, it was a very gratifying experience watching the success of the event and feeling so satisfied to see my work make a difference to Sisterhood and to our synagogue.
 
There is a separate kitchen chair and a separate coordinating chair.  We are imagining a shopping event during dinner (I have already asked a few vendors to come) and we have past committee members still willing to work on the event. If you like coordinating events, then this should be fun and very satisfying.  
 
PLEASE THINK ABOUT YOUR FALL SCHEDULE AND YOUR OTHER COMMITMENTS. Co-chairing the event  is a great option if you have a friend you wish to work with. If you have been thinking of commiting some time to sisterhood, this is a great way to be involved since it is a one time event.

All of us are committed in many areas, but if you enjoy this type of work and willing to make  a contribution of your time, then we are eager to have you on board with us.
