[Sisterhood] April 6th program on Israel and world health

Please join Men’s Club, Sisterhood and the Israel Affairs Committee as we continue our celebration of Israel at 60. Congregation B'nai Israel is delighted to host Dr. Inon Schenker, Sunday evening, April 6, 7:30PM at CBI. Dr. Schenker is leading several Israeli medical humanitarian projects in developing countries, and is an active member of ISRAAID. You will be fascinated and overwhelmed by the stirring work that Israel provides during times of crisis in the developing world. Dr. Schenker is also the founding chair of the Jerusalem AIDS Project and currently heads the Geneva Seminar on Global Health. From 1995 to 1999 he initiated a team consisting of Egyptians, Israelis, Palestinians and Jordanians to develop a regional approach to HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support.
