[Retros] Échecs sceptre at RIFACE

Dear Retro friends, 
I had some questions about Échecs sceptre as defined in previous mail.
The aim is to checkmate the scepter.
For this tourney,  the castling is considered as a king move (not a spectre move which could also be a possibility). Then I would consider that 1.e3 2.Bd3 3.Ne2 4.o-o dropping the scepter on e1 is a possibility. If you prefer that castling is not possible (as in losing chess I was said) just tell it in the stipulation.
